Refund Policy

At The Eternity Resorts, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our guests.

1. Cancellation & Refund
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund, provided the booking was paid in full.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

  • In case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Process
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

  • Guests must provide proper booking details and a valid ID to initiate the refund process.

3. Non-Refundable Charges
  • Taxes, service fees, and charges for extra guests or add-ons are non-refundable once paid.

4. Booking Modifications
  • Date changes are allowed based on availability but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Modifications may be subject to rate differences and additional charges.
