At The Eternity Resorts, we primarily offer hospitality services including room accommodations, dining, and events. While there is no physical product shipping involved for most services, this policy outlines how we handle delivery of any booking confirmations, digital vouchers, or promotional items.
1. Booking Confirmation

Once your reservation is successfully completed and payment is received, a confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be sent to the contact details provided.

Confirmation includes booking details, check-in/check-out times, reservation ID, and payment summary.

If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of booking, please contact us immediately.
2. Delivery of Gift Vouchers or Packages

Any digital gift vouchers or promotional offers purchased via our website will be delivered to your registered email ID within 1–2 business days.

For any physical merchandise (if applicable in the future), standard courier timelines of 5–10 business days will apply.
