Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Eternity Resorts, located in the heart of Patratu Valley, Jharkhand. By using our website or making a reservation with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

  • A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking.

2. Payment Policy

  • All prices are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Full or partial advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

  • Accepted payment modes include UPI, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Razorpay.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 50% refund is applicable if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before check-in, and the full amount has been paid.

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or in case of a no-show.

  • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 11:00 AM

  • Check-out: 10:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Policy

  • All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in.

  • Guests must behave respectfully and not disturb other guests or damage resort property.

  • The resort reserves the right to deny entry or evict guests involved in unlawful or disruptive behavior.

6. Room Occupancy & Extra Person Policy

  • All rooms are double occupancy by default.

  • Quadruple and Twin Bed Rooms accommodate up to 4 guests.

  • Extra person charge: ₹1000 per person per night (includes bedding).

7. Use of Amenities

  • Use of amenities like the infinity pool, banquet, lawn, rain dance floor, cricket lawn, and kids zone is subject to resort rules and availability.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while using resort amenities.

8. Damage & Liability

  • Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to resort property during their stay.

  • The resort is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

9. Pets

  • Pets are currently not allowed at the resort.

10. Event Bookings

  • Event spaces (banquet/lawn) must be booked in advance.

  • A separate agreement and payment terms may apply to large-scale events.

11. Website Usage

  • All content, images, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of The Eternity Resorts.

  • Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Jharkhand, India.
